A few spots remain for perhaps the most daunting of all area fundraising challenges.

More than 60 teams – including those from Milton and across Halton – are already on board for the sixth annual UPS Plane Pull in support of the United Way Halton and Hamilton.

Groups of up to 15 members will attempt to drag a 200,000-pound airbus 50 feet along the tarmac at the Hamilton International Airport (9272 Airport Rd., Mount Hope)  in the shortest time possible on Saturday, Sept. 21.

Each team is asked to raise a minimum of $1,500, and registration can be done here.

This year’s goal is $200,000.

Along with the plane pull challenge, the day-long fundraiser will include a bouncy castle, face painting, food trucks and more.
