The Pocono Record All-Area boys and girls wrestling team includes the best wrestler at each of the 13 weight classes. Selection was determined by success in district, regional and state tournaments; overall record; and head-to-head record against peers on the mountain.
The list only includes wrestlers from the six area schools: East Stroudsburg North, East Stroudsburg South, Pleasant Valley, Pocono Mountain East, Pocono Mountain West and Stroudsburg.
