OCEAN SPRINGS, Miss. (WXXV)- The Ocean Springs Chamber of Commerce, Main Street, and Tourism Bureau is relaunching its signature Pelican Pound program for the upcoming summer.
This beloved buy-local initiative rewards locals and visitors alike for shopping, dining, and experiencing all that Ocean Springs has to offer while supporting the small businesses that keeps the community vibrant.
The Pelican Pound Program will also serve as a unique welcome gift offering a taste of Ocean Springs’ charm and hospitality.
From May 27 through September 12, shoppers can use Pelican Pounds, which are five-dollar wooden nickels, at participating businesses throughout Ocean Springs.
