Jason Kelce continued to show off his post-retirement glow up in recent impressive workout photos.
The Philadelphia Eagles legend, who hung his cleats up at the end of the 2023 season, has been on a staggering weight loss journey since bringing the curtain down on his glittering career in the NFL.
And the former center displayed the results of his body transformation as his toned physique was on full display in snaps from inside the gym.
The 37-year-old was captured in action, hitting the weights at Alpha Phlyte Fitness in Pennsylvania.
Kelce donned a sleeveless Eagles workout shirt, which showed off his ripped arm muscles and new slimmed down figure.
The gym shared the photos, captioning the post: When hungry dogs run faster.’

The Philadelphia Eagles legend has been on a staggering weight loss journey since retiring
Kelce previously revealed he had trimmed down to 270 pounds after weighing 295 while on the field for the Eagles.
A fan complimented him on his noticeably slimmer figure during the 2025 Truist pro-am back in May.
‘You’ve lost a little weight,’ they said in a video shared by the PGA Tour, to which Kelce replied: ‘I’m trying.’
Kelce also opened up on his weight loss in March when he admitted to brother Travis on their New Heights podcast that he aimed to drop a staggering 35 pounds.
But, in order to get down to his target weight, he has stepped up his game. Speaking on New Heights Wednesday, Kelce revealed that he had entered into a competition with former teammate Beau Allen to see who could lose the most body fat.
In order to establish a fair baseline for the challenge, he underwent a bone density scan for the first time, breaking down the results with brother Travis.
‘There is a lot of fat in there!’ Jason said on the podcast. ‘It’s kind of embarrassing seeing your body broken down like this. Although, I’m not gonna lie. It’s a good calf-to-hamstring ratio, I think.’
‘I’m 276.6 [lbs], according to this scan,’ he continued, revealing his weight.

‘You’ve lost the 30 pounds? That’s crazy,’ Travis interjected, before Jason clarified, ‘I’ve lost 20 pounds, I was never heavier than 300 in the NFL.’
‘Lean mass, 207 pounds of muscle. 58.7 pounds of fat… that’s a lot of fat,’ he continued. ‘According to this metric, it is exactly 21.2 percent body fat.’
‘We’ve got to get that down,’ Travis, who confirmed this offseason that he would be avoiding retirement and suiting up for the Kansas City Chiefs again next season, insisted.
But Jason was already one step ahead of his tight end brother, having devised his friendly challenge with Allen.
‘This is why you’re still playing football because when you retire you have to do stupid competitions like this to keep your sanity,’ Jason told the three-time Super Bowl winner. ‘So Beau and I are going to try to lose as much body fat percentage as possible in three months.’
He also discussed his weight loss journey with GQ last year when he claimed that he was already feeling the benefits.
‘Right now, I’m about 277,’ he said in June 2024. ‘… It’s hard to imagine another nearly 20 pounds coming off, being honest with you. But my back already feels better. My knees already feel better. So another 20 pounds hopefully will make that much more adept at playing with my children.’
‘I don’t want to get too small,’ the soon-to-be-father-of-four added. ‘I think a lot of guys, especially offensive linemen, they lose too much weight, and then they look like bobbleheads because their neck gets so small, but their head stays the same size.
‘So for me, I feel like for some reason, 250 to 260 feels like I’ll be still big and be happy with the way I look without having a six-pack. But I’ll still be able to have that stature a little bit.’
