The British Pound to Euro exchange rate is influenced by Bank of England and European Central Bank policy, together with changes in the interest-rate gap between the two currencies. UK interest-rate expectations, UK inflation and wage and employment data can affect the British Pound, while Eurozone interest-rate expectations, Eurozone inflation and growth and PMI data can move the Euro.
