The Pound Arts Centre in Corsham has unveiled its final season curated by director Russ Tunney, who is stepping down after 12 years.
This autumn, the centre will host a variety of events, including live music from artists such as John Smith, Nerina Pallot, Kris Drever, Chris While & Julie Matthews, Johnny Coppin, and GreenMatthews.
Comedy acts include Nick Helm, Ria Lina, and Stuart Goldsmith, with the Avalon Comedy Network also making a return.
Talks and spoken word events feature Janet Street-Porter, Glyn Dilley, and Henry Normal.
A true crime evening with Steve Morgan will delve into the tale of Jack the Ripper.
Drama enthusiasts can look forward to performances like 24K Magic, TATTOO, and Olive Branch by the Vanhulle dance company.
Family-friendly activities include Rock the Tots, Playtime, and theatrical adventures such as Princess Pirate, A Winter’s Tail, and Under the Frozen Moon.
The Pound Cinema will screen films including The Last Showgirl and Bridget Jones: Mad About the Boy, along with festive favourites Elf and Meet Me in St. Louis.
Art lovers can enjoy a cinematic exploration with Exhibition on Screen: Caravaggio.
The centre’s gallery will continue showcasing works from textile artists, eco-conscious creators, and pieces inspired by Corsham’s natural beauty and history.
All events in The Pound’s September – December 2025 season will be on general sale from Monday, July 28, at 10am.
